Please read this information before you bring your bike for any service
We are installing a limited number of sidecars this season and at present we are fully booked. We may be entertaining other installation request later in the year. If you would like to be put on our call-up list let us know. All bookings are 1st come 1st served.
How long does it take to install a sidecar on my bike?
You must understand that the work we do here at R&T Motorrad is custom work. As with any custom work, with all good intentions aside, we sometimes run into unforseen problems which can put us behind on our workload. Any bike we don't normally install sidecars on may take a little longer.We will contact you when your rig is finished, but most bikes take 2-3 weeks.
I want to drop my bike off at the shop.
Please don't drop your bike off at the shop unless we've asked you to, as our storage space is very limited. Any bike dropped off without an appointment will be charged storage fees.
You can leave my bike outside.
The environment can be quite harsh when a bike isn't ridden regularly. We aren't comfortable treating our customer's bikes in this way.
How do I get an appointment to have custom work done?
Make sure you've contacted us for an appointment. Some appontments can't be verified until later, due to unforseen customization problems of the bikes ahead of you (see question 1).
